01 Overview
The Classical High School Alumni Association sought a refreshed identity that better reflected its legacy, leadership, and continued impact within the community. The organization needed a brand presence that honored its tradition while energizing future engagement.
02 Challenge
Working within tight timelines and budgets, the Association aimed to stand out in a competitive nonprofit landscape, increase community awareness, and drive alumni involvement and donations. The existing identity did not fully communicate its strength, heritage, or mission-driven momentum.
03 Solution
I led a comprehensive 10-week branding workshop designed to uncover the organization’s core values and strategic opportunities. Through research, surveys, and data-driven insights, I developed a renewed brand positioning strategy. I redesigned the logo, established brand guidelines and messaging, and created a cohesive visual system and website experience to re-engage alumni and inspire action.
Results
The focused, discovery-driven approach strengthened brand clarity and community presence. The refreshed identity elevated perception, increased awareness, and positioned the Alumni Association for stronger alumni engagement and fundraising momentum.
