WLRN
Elevating WLRN’s Brand Through Strategic Presentation Design
01 Overview
WLRN sought to strengthen its internal sales and marketing communications to better articulate its value to sponsors and partners. As South Florida’s flagship NPR member station, the organization needed a clearer, more cohesive presentation system that reflected its brand authority while supporting revenue growth.
02 Challenge
While WLRN’s content and audience credibility were strong, the internal sales materials lacked visual consistency, structured messaging, and an intuitive framework for ongoing updates. The team needed a system that simplified navigation, clarified sponsorship offerings, and empowered staff to confidently communicate value — without relying on constant redesign support.
03 Solution
I developed a comprehensive visual presentation system aligned with WLRN’s brand standards and sponsorship strategy. This included:
- A modular, easy-to-edit PowerPoint deck.
- Clear brand guidelines for consistency.
- Structured layouts for audience data, programming, digital channels, and sponsorship tiers.
- A navigable system designed for ongoing internal updates.
To ensure a seamless handoff, I led a workshop and training session for the sales and marketing team, providing guidance on usage, customization, and best practices. I remained available for technical support and follow-up questions as needed.
Results
The refreshed system improved clarity, confidence, and internal alignment — making it easier for the team to communicate value to sponsors. Following the rollout, WLRN experienced approximately a 20% increase in sales and donations.
